Congratulations to our brilliant PhD student Maureen Ross on receiving the QUT’s HDR High Achiever Award – August 2021. She has been leading research into low-cost personalised solutions for children born with microtia (a condition affecting the formation of the external ear). She is also a finalist in the Queensland Women in Technology Awards 2021 in the Emerging Achiever in Science category.
