I partner with senior leaders, HR and safety professionals to reduce the risks, prevalence and impacts of poor mental health so that they can enjoy higher productivity, reduced risk and more engaged employees.

I am passionate about equipping individuals and teams with the skills and knowledge that boosts individual and team resilience. My work is underpinned by the evidence based Resilience at Work toolkit which introduces the levers available to enhance resilience. It's much more than self-care.

I am also a trained Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) instructor, delivering both private and public workshops in Brisbane and nationally.

Featured on ‘Australian Story’ and multiple ABC podcasts such as Richard Fidler’s ‘Conversations’, I was also interviewed by Osher Gunsberg for ‘Tall Tales & True’, in 2017.

Clients include QSuper, Connexus Financial, Aurecon, Seqwater, Queensland University of Technology, Powerlink Queensland, Office of Industrial Relations, Hastings Deering and Western Downs Regional Council.
