We champion many brands throughout our lives. Each day, we choose them, use them, wear them and share them because they reflect us in some way.
As the Head of AI and Data Solutions at Google in Seattle, I've seen brand leadership transform significantly over the years. Driving this shift has been the relentless advances in technology and innovation, enabling companies to leverage data to improve performance, scale and customer engagement.
Modern brand leadership extends beyond a recognisable logo or slogan. It encompasses customer experience and connection to a brand's DNA. So how can a business strengthen its brand reputation to excel in a crowded market? How do businesses use data insights to improve the experience for their customers? My article offers actionable steps to establish brand leadership in this era.
In this edition, I am pleased to bring you insights from experienced, fellow QUT alumni on the art of creating successful brands. You'll also find a range of courses and events designed to provide the real-world skills and development to help you excel in your career. |
